My job as Assistant Curator of Garden Interpretation at Winterthur allows me to see the garden almost every day. The colors and mood of the garden change from moment to moment. I look forward to sharing the garden with you and welcome comments, at least the nice ones, to my posts. (I grew up in Iowa, moved to Delaware in 1980 and began working at Winterthur in 1998. I garden a half acre in Limestone Hills, a neighborhood on the northern-western border of Delaware.)
The Winterthur Garden Blog is the official Web log of Winterthur Museum & Country Estate. The blog offers behind-the-scenes information and personal perspectives on the garden, written by the people who work and volunteer here.
